Our Commitment to Privacy

SubWin is designed to run entirely on your Mac. We do not operate any servers and have no way to collect your data.

Data Collection

We collect ZERO personal data. Specifically:

• No account registration required
• No analytics or tracking
• No crash reporting
• No advertising networks
• No third-party SDKs

Data Storage

All data is stored exclusively on your Mac:

• Your Windows virtual machine lives in your app sandbox
• No cloud synchronization
• No server uploads

Network Access

SubWin itself makes no network connections to our servers. The only network activity comes from:

• Apple’s App Store — for purchase verification (handled entirely by Apple)
• Your Windows VM — which accesses the internet through your Mac’s network, just like any app you run
• Remote Desktop — connections are local only (localhost:3389), between your Mac and the VM running on the same machine

Your Rights

Since we don’t collect your data, there’s nothing to:

• Request access to
• Request deletion of
• Request correction of

Your data never leaves your Mac, so you have complete control.

Children’s Privacy

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13.

If we ever change this privacy policy, we will update this page and the “Last Updated” date above.
